BBQ Pork Variety Plate
Ingredients:
Vietnamese Sausage
Shredded pork skin
Roasted rice powder
Green onion
Pork ribs
egg – 1
Chili pepper
Tomato
Cucumber
olive oil
Rice
Shred the Vietnamese sausage and toss with the pork skin and and roasted rice powder until evenly mixed.
On a pan, add oil and throw in your chopped green onions.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on med-high.
On the BBQ, cook the pork ribs (for marinating ingredients see below).
Slice some tomatoes and cucumber to add onto finished plate, along with an egg (sunny side up).
