Foiled Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients:
– Green/Red Peppers
– Beans
– Carrots
– Cubed Chicken Breast
– Cubed Potatoes
– Pasta
– Yams
– Brocolli
– Olive Oil
– Ketchup
– Chicken Powder

Steps:
Using a large bowl
– Add 3 table spoons of ketchup
– 1 table spoon of chicken powder
– 1 table spoon of olive oil
– Mix everything together

Add all the following ingredient into the bowl after everything has been diced.
– Green/Red Peppers
– Beans
– Carrots
– Cubed Chicken Breast
– Cubed Potatoes
– Pasta
– Yams
– Brocolli

 Mix all ingredients thoroughly
– Marinate for 30 mins

Steps:
– Spread a large sheet of foil underneath a glass container
– Fill the container with a generous amount of the mixture
– Wrap the entire container with foil so everything is air tight.
– Slip it into the oven on High heat for 1hr
– Remove after 1hr and let cool for 20mins before opening the foil.
