GIANT Tiger Prawns Vietnamese Tom Kho Tau

Ingredients:
Crab paste or Shrimp paste – 1 tbsp
pork – 1 cup
Hoi Sin Sauce – 1 tbsp
chicken broth powder – 2 tsp
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
15-20 prawns
Add chopped garlic into oiled pan and cook until golden (Medium Heat).

Then add the pork and cook until nearly done.

Add the shrimp/crab paste, chicken broth powder and soy sauce to the pan and mix for 1 minute.

Then add shrimp, allow to cook for 5 minutes and add hoisin sauce.

Turn the heat off and add some chili pepper as garnish. Ready to serve!
