Healthy Vegetarian Salad


This is a very addictive salad! The combination of ingredients are so perfect that you will be craving it for days on end! This is a raw salad, so no cooking is required :)



1 small box cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado diced

1/2 can of sweet corn

1/2 green bell pepper, diced

1/6 red onion, diced or sliced into small, thin pieces

1 cup cilantro leaves

1/2 tps extra virgin olive oil

1 lime

1 tbs raw sunflower seeds

1 tbs raw pumpkin seeds


Mix all the ingredients together and add squeezed lime juice to the salad. Mix or toss the salad again and it is ready to serve!
