 Lobster Tails (Ginger & Onion)

Ingredients:
– Lobster Tails
– Onions
– Hot Peppers
– Mayo
– Egg Noodles
– Soy sauce
– Ginger
– Oil
– Flour
– Chicken Powder

Steps:
– Cut the lobster tails in half
– Throw in in a bowl and sprinkle chicken powder/flour on meat

Steps:
– Fry the exposed flesh for 3min, then turn over and fry for an additional 1min
– Add onions, hot pepper (optional), ginger, pepper flakes, soy sauce 1tbs, light soy sauce 2tbs, 1 tbs water into the pan and cook thoroughly. (Low heat)

– Cook the egg noodles, and lay it on a plate.
– Add lobster tails on top of egg noodles.
