Love Pho? Wait Till You get Your Hands on Pho Wraps!

Everyone loves pho! But not everyone has tried pho wraps. Make them for your friends and they’ll be begging for more!
Servings: 6
1 lb ground beef or beef  roast, sliced
1 small onion sliced
Fresh pho sheets (from your local Chinese grocery store)
3 iceberg lettuce leaves sliced into 1cm thick strips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
Thai basil
Season the beef with salt, sugar, a dash of pepper and garlic. Let it sit in a cool place for 15 minutes. On the stove, heat an oiled pan to medium high. Add the onions and beef and remove when cooked.
Spread a sheet of pho onto a lightly oiled plate and add some beef, onions, lettuce and thai basil. Roll the pho and set it on a new oiled plate and repeat. These pho wraps go perfectly with Vietnamese dipping fish sauce (nuoc mam cham), or you can try it with hoisin sauce and shiriracha too!
