Rice Paper Rolls with Shrimp

Ingredients:
– Bowl of hot water
– Rice Paper
– Strips of Chicken Breast
– Cooked Shrimp
– Cucumber
– Lettuce

Steps:
–  Dip a sheet of rice paper into the bowl, submerge for 10 seconds before placing on a plate
– Lay rice noodles down on the left side
– Lay a slice of cucumber beside the rice noodles
– Lay a few strips of chicken breast beside the cucumber
– Lay a a couple pieces of shrimp beside the chicken breast

 Steps: 
– Start by rolling from left to right
– Once you reach the middle, tuck in both ends
– Proceed with rolling all the way, until rice paper is wrapped tightly

Steps:
– Serve with soy sauce and hot sauce.
