Fried Rice Recipe



3 cup cooked white rice

1 cup frozen peas

4 slices of salami (chopped into smaller pieces)

1 cup smoked ham (diced)

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/2 tablespoon mayo

Dried chili pepper to taste

Chopped green onion to taste



  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Add butter. Add frozen peas and fry until tender. Add the rice, Salami, and ham and mix well.
  2. Add the egg yolk. Using a spatula, scramble the yolk quickly. Mix well.
  3. Pour the soy sauce, fish sauce, and mayo on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined. Add chopped green onions if desired.
