Time: 5 minutes
1 large bunch of squash blossoms (leaves and twigs included)
1/2 lb beef
1 pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs tapioca starch or white flour
Cut and clean the squash blossoms to get rid of dirt and any bugs that might be hiding inside the flowers. Slice the beef into small strips and cook with olive oil and garlic on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add the blossoms, salt and sugar. Turn the stove to medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle the tapioca starch while stirring the contents in the pan. Turn the stove off and sprinkle some black pepper to taste.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
