Vegetarian Rice Wraps

Vegetarian Spring Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Carrots mandolin-ed into strips

1/3 Cabbage sliced into long strips

Rice Wraps

1/2 Red Onion sliced

1 Piece of Garlic chopped

1/2 cup Fried Tofu Squares thinly sliced (optional)

Hoisin Sauce

Ketchup

Siriracha Sauce

Dried garlic

To make the sauce, mix some hoisin, siriracha, ketchup and some dried garlic together.

In an oiled pan on medium low, add the garlic and cook until golden. Add the carrots, cabbage and onion. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. When the ingredients start to become soft, add the tofu and mix evenly.

Wet the rice wraps and put a generous amount of veggies on top. Wrap the veggies up like a taco. Remember to fold the sides in too!
